Shipping & Returns

Every piece ships from our studio in Tbilisi, Georgia. After your order we contact you to arrange the safest shipping method for the piece — jewelry travels by insured courier; furniture and larger objects are crated and quoted individually.

Shipping costs and timing are confirmed before payment. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns of purchasable jewelry are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original condition; unique, commissioned and made-to-order pieces are not returnable. Write to us first and we will guide you through the process.
